1. What is included in my NotionCraft® purchase?
Every purchase includes access to the complete Notion dashboard, systems, databases, templates, setup instructions, and bonus resources mentioned on the product page.
2. How do I access my Notion template after purchase?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive a link to duplicate the template directly into your Notion workspace. You must be logged into your Notion account before duplicating.
3. Does this work with the free version of Notion?
Yes — all NotionCraft® templates work perfectly with the free Notion plan.
4. Can I use this system for multiple brands or clients?
The standard license is for personal use only. If you need it for clients or commercial use, contact us for an Agency / White-label License: hello@notioncraft.studio.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Because our templates are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please read our full Refund Policy page for more details.
6. Can I customize the template?
100% yes! You can change the layout, colors, database properties, views — anything you want. NotionCraft® systems are designed to be fully flexible.
7. What if I'm new to Notion?
No problem — every NotionCraft® system includes beginner-friendly guidance. If you ever get stuck, you can contact support anytime.
8. Can I share the template with others?
No — sharing, redistributing, or reselling is strictly prohibited. The license is for one user only unless you have a White-label License.
9. How long do I have access?
Lifetime access. Once you duplicate the template into your workspace, it's yours forever.
10. What should I do if I have technical issues?
