1. What am I buying? How is this Agreement formed?

1.1 These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are entered into between you and NotionCraft®. Please ensure you read them fully before completing your purchase.

1.2 If you do not agree to any part of these T&Cs, do not proceed with checkout.

1.4 The Benefits you receive are those listed on the product or checkout page.

1.5 Upon completing your purchase (“Commencement Date”), you will receive access to the Benefits listed.

1.6 Benefits may include:

• (a) Templates, digital assets, Notion dashboards, resources, scripts and design tools (Products)
• (b) White-label templates
• (c) Done-for-you services
• (d) Online access (courses, video training, portals)
• (e) Coaching, group calls, intensives, or meetings
• (f) Agency / Resale Licenses

1.7 Some Benefits include additional terms you must read and agree to.

1.8 Anything not explicitly listed on the checkout page is not included in your purchase.

1.11 Third-Party Tools

We use services such as Canva, Google, Meta, Zoom, Notion, and others. You are responsible for complying with their terms.

1.11.1 Canva Licensing

Purchasing any Canva-based product means you agree to Canva’s Content License Agreement.

1.11.2 AI Tools Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be subject to legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance.

2. Agreement duration

2.1 This Agreement begins on your payment date.

2.3 The Agreement continues until:

• a) the end of your access period,
• b) cancellation under section 6,
• c) termination under section 3,
• d) delivery of purchased Benefits.

3. Termination

We may terminate access without refund if you:

• Breach licensing terms or Terms of Use
• Fail to pay on time
• Misuse intellectual property
• Engage in chargeback fraud

4. Effects of Termination

All access (Products, templates, courses, portals, licenses, updates) ends immediately.

5. Payments

5.1 Payments follow the conditions on the checkout page.

5.3 Subscription plans renew automatically.

5.4 Failure to pay results in immediate suspension of access.

5.6 Late fees may apply.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 NotionCraft® does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

6.3 To cancel a subscription, email hello@notioncraft.studio at least 5 days before renewal.

6.4 Trials auto-renew unless cancelled.

8. Specific Terms

A. Meetings

No refunds for missed or cancelled meetings.

B. Agency / Resale Licenses

Unauthorized resale triggers a penalty fee (150% royalty fee).

9. Liability

• No guarantee of business results.
• No liability for third-party tools or changes.
• No liability for indirect damages.
• AI content usage is entirely your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All Products, templates, training, dashboards, and materials are owned by NotionCraft®.

No duplication, resale, editing for resale, or redistribution is allowed.

We may use screenshots of messages/testimonials you provide.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

You must respect confidentiality rules in coaching calls, online groups, and community spaces.

All disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
