NotionCraft® — Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because NotionCraft® sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
  • You receive immediate lifetime access to the files.
  • You gain instant access to templates, systems, dashboards, and Notion files.
  • This policy protects our intellectual property from unauthorized distribution.
Once a purchase is completed, all sales are final.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address, contact us at hello@notioncraft.studio within 48 hours. We will verify the duplicate order and may issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing your Notion templates, dashboards, downloads, or purchase content, we will help you resolve the issue.

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds — but we will ensure you receive access.

5. Subscription Payments

If you subscribe to a recurring plan (membership or updates), all subscription payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time by contacting: hello@notioncraft.studio at least 5 days before your next billing date.

6. Chargebacks

Any attempt to dispute a legitimate payment (chargeback fraud) will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Legal action to recover losses and fees
